We are a family of 11 from the north of Gaza. We lost our home and are now displaced in Deir Al-Balah after witnessing death and hunger. We have not seen our home for 260 days and are now living in an unsuitable tent.
We have two children, Sajed who is 3 years old, and Aboud who is 9 months old. Aboud was only 1 month old when the war started. Due to our dire situation, we are unable to provide their basic needs like diapers, milk, and healthy food.
Living in Deir Al-Balah, especially in a tent, is extremely difficult. It is hot, the water is polluted, we have only canned food, and there are insects. Our living conditions become more challenging with each passing day.
